Gladys McClendon started dancing at the age of four, she was raised in Los Angeles, California and would later become a professional dancer by the age of 17, booking events like ASCAP Music Awards, MTV Music Awards, commercials and even music videos! Gladys used dance as a way to escape hardship, poverty, childhood trauma, and a way to inspire and give back to the community. She received her Associate's Degree in Theatre and Directing. She always had a gift for dancing and creating, Gladys would eventually use those gifts to create a plus-size dance team, Curvy Queenz of Dallas where she served as Director and Choreographer. The Curvy Queenz would go on to be featured in music videos, commercials, television appearances and win countless awards and competitions.

Brittainye Wise started her first business at the age of 17; she combined her love for dance and children to create a dance team for children. Through Brittainye's love for creating, she served as choreographer and director of Wise Moves Dance. This team would go on to perform throughout the community, through her business skills she acquired a contract with the local recreation centers to teach dance classes where she would later embark on a dance fitness journey and begin teaching adults in addition to owning a marketing, event planning, consulting firm, and even a carpet cleaning business and more. Brittainye used business to overcome homelessness, poverty, childhood trauma and abuse making it her goal to improve her family legacy. While going through a divorce, she chose to audition for the Curvy Queenz of Dallas dance team. Here is where her love of dance and business would once again meet, as she eventually would serve as a board member.

T' La'Toyia Warren began her modeling career in 2008, she started writing because of her love for the industry, she began to blog, eventually writing articles for an online magazine related to the entertainment industry. In addition to writing, T La'Toyia found herself backstage at many runway events; coaching, consulting, training and mentoring unseasoned models; however, T La'Toyia’s passion for the industry wouldn’t allow her to remain behind the scenes! She would eventually make her way front and center at New York Fashion Week.
